ABOUT

Calm software for loud data

We started Pulsemetry after one too many Mondays spent explaining a dashboard instead of fixing the product. (A fictional team for this demo.)

Analytics tooling kept getting more powerful and less understood. Dashboards multiplied, answers didn't. Our bet is simple: the interface to data should be the question you already have in your head — and every answer should carry its own evidence.

We are a small, senior team. We ship deliberately, write down our assumptions, and treat your attention as the scarcest resource in the building. Fewer pings, better ones.

What we optimize for

Three values that survive contact with deadlines.

  • Evidence first

Every claim in the product links to the data behind it. If we can't show why, we don't say it.

  • Calm by default

Alerts earn their interruptions. One meaningful ping beats ten noisy ones — we tune for silence.

  • Privacy as a feature

Read-only connections, role-based access, delete-anytime. Your data is a liability we refuse to hoard.

Six people, four time zones, one shared dashboard. All fictional for this demo.

How we got here

Short version of a long changelog.

  1. 2024

    Founded

Two ex-analytics leads decide dashboards need a translator, not another chart type.

  2. 2025

    Anomaly alerts GA

Learned baselines replace thresholds; alert volume drops 6× across the beta cohort.

  3. 2025

    Forecasts beta

Confidence bands and disclosed assumptions become the house style for projections.

  4. 2026

    v2 — AI copilot

Plain-language answers with generated-query transparency open analytics to whole teams.

We're hiring curious people

No open roles right now — but thoughtful applications always get a reply.
